There is a lot of activity, but the time on market is still woefully too long more all of us. It is good to see the DOM lower for the sold homes than the Active homes. If you home has been on the market with no activity then your price is too high. If you can’t afford to drop the price then you will stay on the market. This is a buyer’s market, especially those who have jumped through the financing hoops to get qualified to buy.
