Milton MA 02186 was named the number 2 town in the country last year, the year before they were also in the top 10.  This poll was conducted by CNN Money.  The criteria that was used was based on schools, per capita income, level of education, conservation issues and other characteristics.  While this comes as a shock to it’s near neighbors it is not undeserved praise.  Milton has become a town of diversity, community spirit celebrating the 350 Anniversary of the town, and good schools.  Home of Milton Academy, one of the original Independent Preparatory Schools in the country, the public schools in Milton are ranked well among their peers.

Blue Hill Avenue is a connecting road between Mattapan and Canton through Milton.  This straight but rolling road passes homes, woods, private school, Curry College and the Blue Hill Conservation and Mountain area.  400 Blue Hill Avenue will be on the market soon.
