This would qualify for a move in home if you weren’t planning to use the in law apartment right away. As is disclosed on the MLS #71395489, or in the listings section of my website Larry Lawfer RE/MAX Landmark there was water damage in the ceiling of the in law studio. Unique is a word used in real estate far too often for it to retain any meaning.  How about this.  A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised ranch with red oak floors surrounded by waterviews on three sides, a beautiful outside screened in porch and a small rental studio apartment with the same views.  You would have to say unique, right?  Wellesley does not have a lot of multi family residential parcels, nor does it have many parcels with two dwellings on them.  In fact water views are in large supply in the Wellesley residential market either.  Maybe unique does fit here.

Living in a Contemporary Home, Weston, MA 02493

West Roxbury, MA  is a Boston City address with Suburban feel.  West Roxbury is located in Boston’s southwest corner.  It was originally part of the town of Roxbury when that town was separate from Boston.  Today West Roxbury is known for it’s civic activism and neighborhood feel.  Many of the cities homes are occupied by the cities police and fire professionals.  There is a great deal of youth programming available for the kids in this area.  The streets are tree lined and all the single family homes make up the feel of living in a suburban neighborhood.  Centre Street anchors the neighborhood’s business district, which consists of restaurants, banks, and shops.  Millennium Park is a former landfill that has been converted into 100 acres of trails, ball fields and picnic areas.

West Roxbury is a neighborhood in Boston bordered by Roslindale to the northeast, the Town of Dedham to the west and south, the Town of Brookline to the north, and the Towns of Needham and City of Newton to the west. It is often referred to as a suburb within the city. Founded in 1630 (contemporaneously with West Roxbury, Massachusetts was originally part of the town of Roxbury and was mainly used as farmland. In the 19th century, Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale and West Roxbury were all called Roxbury. They were later divided up into different neighborhoods, so modern day West Roxbury is at the western edge of what used to be Roxbury in the 19th century.
